General information about the cleaner
Super Protein & Fat Dissolver Powder is a chlor-alkaline foam cleaner for daily use in the food and beverage industry as well as the dairy industry.
Super Protein & Fat Remover has excellent cleaning power and removes the typical dirt found in the food industry, such as animal and vegetable fats, blood and proteins. Active chlorine and a highly effective combination of complexing agents and surfactants remove organic deposits and vegetable dyes and prevent the build-up of protein film.
Super Protein & Fat Remover is suitable for daily use to remove combined protein and fat contamination in slaughterhouses, the fish industry and poultry processing. Ideal for cleaning floors, surfaces, walls, cutting tables, filling machines, conveyor belts and other equipment and systems.

- Can be used manually and mechanically.
Super Protein & Grease Remover can be applied with all conventional foam cleaning devices.
Dosage:
Dosage for general cleaning of operations and cleaning of technical facilities and equipment in food processing depending on the type and degree of contamination:
Concentration 0.2 to 5.0% (20 to 500g/10l water)
Temperature 30 to 90°C
Exposure time 5 to 60 minutes.
Application:
Foaming with pressure foam device.
Immersion bath (boiling tools and equipment parts)
Manually apply the cleaning solution with a sponge, cleaning cloth or brush.
Rinse the cleaned area with drinking water.

Remove clothing. Rinse skin with water [or shower].
