General information about smoke resin remover

Smoke resin remover powder is a highly alkaline cleaner for devices with extremely strong smoking, grilling and frying residues.

Smoking ovens, BBQ grills, grill grates and smoking hooks can be made sparkling clean again with a dip in smoke resin remover.

Smoke resin remover cleans all surfaces made of stainless steel, ceramic and alkali-resistant plastic.

All residues of smoke resin and smoke tar, protein and fat are dissolved and completely removed.

Smoke resin remover cleans BBQ smokers and grills as well as smoking ovens for fish, meat or sausage.

Smoke resin remover is ideal for cleaning hot and air conditioning smoke systems.

Smoke resin remover thoroughly and powerfully removes smoke resin and soot stains, oil, grease and tar stains as well as burnt food residues.

Smoke resin remover cleans smoking ovens, smoking chambers, BBQ smokers, smoking systems for meat, sausage and fish.

Suitable as an immersion bath for smoking grates, grill grates, hooks, tools and parts made of stainless steel, ceramic and alkali-resistant plastic.

Does not release any dangerous fumes, is biodegradable and odorless. Free from organic solvents and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Smoke resin remover is not suitable for aluminum.

Application:

Dosage: 2.0 to 5.0%

Temperature: 40 to 90°C

Exposure time: 10 to 15 minutes

Smoke chamber cleaning:

Dissolve 200-500g of smoke resin remover in 10l of water at 40 to 50°C. Spray the solution onto the surfaces to be cleaned and heat the smoke system with moist steam to 80-90°C for 10 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with drinking water and run dry. Sprinkle some smoke resin remover onto heavily soiled floor surfaces to increase the cleaning effect.

Immersion cleaning:

Heat 10l of water to 90°C and dissolve 500g of smoke resin remover in it.

Insert grates, hooks and other parts and allow to soak for 15 minutes. Check the level of cleaning and leave to soak for longer if necessary.

Rinse with drinking water after cleaning.
