General information about deep fryer cleaners
The deep fryer cleaner is a self-cleaning compact granulate for commercial deep fryers made of stainless steel. The cleaner removes the toughest encrustations and frying residues from the wire baskets, heating elements and basins.
Breaded meat and fish in particular quickly develop heavy crusts, which lead to increased energy consumption and give the fryer an unappetizing appearance.
The result is a sparkling clean, hygienically cleaned fryer that looks as good as new. The cleaned fryer heats up faster and uses less energy.

The area of application is the deep fryer, whether commercial or private.
Application
Drain the fat from the deep fryer and fill it with water. Heat the water to 90°C without any cleaner and then add the cleaner-water mixture. The mixture uses 300 g of cleaner to 10 l of water. Then let the mixture boil for about 15 minutes.
